What I work with
On a day to day, my primary focus is ensuring that game development stays on track, within budget, and aligned with the vision set by the company. To achieve this, I concentrate on the following key areas:
Department Management
Ensure that each department knows what tasks they are responsible for, align deliveries, and keep each department updated with the information they need.
Pipeline Planning
Creating pipelines is about ensuring seamless collaboration between teams by defining clear stages, realistic timelines, and efficient workflows. For me, this includes setting up task prioritization with the teams, resource allocation, and ensuring adaptability to deliver on time.
Time Scheduling
Time scheduling is a big part of my work, whether it's creating elaborate spreadsheets or using software like ClickUp and Jira to ensure everyone can see when to expect certain deliveries.
Task creation / delegations
Task creation is more specific depending on the size of the project. On some of the smaller ones I worked on, task creation fell on my shoulders, where, in conjunction with the respective departments, tasks were discussed and created.

Passions
I’m someone who loves staying active, whether it’s climbing, playing football with friends, or hitting the gym five days a week. For me, sports are very important since it helps me stay healthy but also pushes my limits, and helps me unwind, and have fun
I’m also a huge tech enthusiast. I’m always keeping an eye on the latest advancements such as AI (even though im not a big supporter of it) and new tools that can make life easier or improve how I and others work. I really believe that staying curious and adaptable is key, especially with how fast things are changing, and learning new thinks is always fun.
I also do a lot of game development in my spare time as a creative outlet. While I spend most of my day working as a project manager, I still like to train some of my skills, such as coding and designing, when I have the time. It’s a great way to keep my skills fresh and stay connected to the handson side of things-
