Hello. I am a

Product & Project Manager
Based In Denmark

01.

I’m Simon, a Project Manager from Denmark with over three years of experience in game development, software development, and setting up project infrastructures. I specialise in guiding projects from the initial idea to creating a plan and delivering a final product that fulfils the set requirements.

For me, project management isn’t just about keeping things on track. It also gives me the opportunity to collaborate with all departments, solve problems, and bring ideas to life. This is especially interesting when it comes to fine-tuning plans or setting up project protocols.

My journey spans successful game releases and innovative IT solutions, showcasing a commitment to quality and efficiency. Passionate about project management. I have a skill set in creating tailored test plans and executing projects from start to completion, ensuring high that we meet the necessary deliverables.

Projects I have worked With.

Discover the range of IT projects I have been part of managing. From big and small games, both for learning and entertainment, to website solutions and interactive installations.  management and QA services I provide. My focus is on delivering quality solutions tailored to your needs. Together, we can bring your projects to life with precision and care.

As QA Manager, I led testing efforts to ensure seamless gameplay, identifying bugs and refining player experience. My team and I maintained high-quality standards, balancing historical authenticity with engaging mechanics.

As QA & Project Manager, I oversaw testing, ensuring bug-free gameplay and narrative consistency while coordinating timelines and team workflows. I balanced creative vision with technical execution, delivering a polished, immersive expansion.

In my role as Project Manager & Producer on the current game production, I led multidiciplinary teams to ensure task delivery on time, while maintaining a creative vision and focus on budget. I streamlined workflows, mitigated risks, and facilitated clear communication between departments. Additionally, I drove milestone planning, stakeholder alignment, and quality oversight to deliver a polished, player-focused experience.

As Project Manager for Danske Bank’s Interactive Museum, I led the development of this immersive historical experience, overseeing the seamless integration of interactive tech, archival storytelling, and educational gamification.

As QA Manager for NewsArcade, I ensured the gamified news platform delivered a seamless, engaging experience that boosted media literacy for young adults. I led rigorous testing of interactive features, balancing educational value with playful usability while aligning with EU-funded project goals. My work helped refine a tool that turns news consumption into an immersive, critical-thinking adventure.

As a UX Researcher for the EQ Permit System, I conducted in-depth user studies with mining professionals to understand their on-site and remote permit-signing needs. Through virtual interviews and workflow analysis, I identified pain points in offline accessibility and streamlined the digital approval process. My research directly shaped a flexible, user-centric system that works seamlessly both online and in remote mining environments.

The Laguna is a “tight RPG”. A classic rpg, in a smaller setting, with more time spent on talking with and helping a repeating cast of NPCs, and less on inventory management, long combat encounters and save-load scumming.

My role involved coordinating workflows between departments, ensuring art met tech constraints, design aligned with narrative goals, and audio enhanced immersion.

The Long Night is a Run-based game with RPG core gameplay, meaning that we’re going to hit some of the core elements of an RPG (questing, combat, player choice, levelling up) but in a shorter, tighter framework.

As the Producer and Project Manager for The Long Night, I led the 6-month development from pre-production through to a prototype. My role centred on planning and executing our 2-week sprint cycles while maintaining clear communication across our cross-disciplinary team.
